We use a combination of carriers to facilitate the shipment of goods, which is dependent on the size and weight of the consignment. We ensure that we update this platform each working day with the most recent "end of day" updates. This ensures our dealers have full visibility of consignments. If the above date and time shows no update by end of working day, this simply means that there were no consignments for that day. If after 3 working days, you are still not seeing a particular shipment, please contact our customer services team.
